Click on the Item you want to open. It will open in a new window. Some of you will be able to submit the forms when completed by clicking the submit button on the top right. This seems to work better using Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome. Not so well in FireFox, if using FireFox you will need to save the forms and then fill out and submit.
